Foundation of Study

Abide (Remain) in the freedom of Christ In order to freely love God and People So that you can "Go" with impact, consistency, and longevity.

But how do we do this?  It’s all about the (BE)attitudes!

The Beatitudes are Christ-like attitudes. Jesus is explaining to His followers what He expects of them as members of His kingdom. We must keep the Beatitudes in the context of grace because they aren’t about rule keeping. If we will journey through the circumstances of life (both good and bad) with these Christ-like attitudes not only will we be blessed, but we will also remain free.

The Free(d) to Love Bible study takes a fresh look at the Beatitudes found in Matthew 5 as Jesus launches into the famed Sermon on the Mount. We read, studied and possibly memorized these very familiar verses, but have we ever thought about using them as a guide to abiding in the freedom Christ died to give us. If we are in Christ, we’ve been set free from the bondage sin and we must continually remain in that freedom so that we can love God and others like never before. That is when we are truly free and totally impactful for the Kingdom.
